How to cook marmalade bears: general rules

Pour half of the prepared mixture into a small saucepan (you will find recipes just below). Heat the mass, stirring, until it begins to boil slightly.
Add gelatin to the other half of the mixture and mix. Whichever recipe you choose, you will need 21 g of gelatin.
Pour the hot mass into the gelatin mixture and mix thoroughly. The gelatin should completely dissolve.
Place the molds for making bears on a baking sheet or cutting board. Distribute the mass into the molds.
Put the molds in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that the marmalade freezes.
From the number of ingredients specified in each recipe, you will get about 100 marmalade bears.
